To be mad at dh cos for all of 10 secs he made me think we had won £1,300?

I know its not a lot of money to some but for us i was seeing money off the credit card and the kids summer clothes in those 10 seconds....we had actually won £10. And he knew it.
I was at the computer when he brought up the lottery numbers, went to the prize breakdown, and said do you want to see what we got. He highlighted the amount for 5 numbers. Then said we got 3. GIT!
Then he got pissed off cos i told him he was a git and had upset me. Apparently i should have known he was joking. PAH

DD did a scratch card once in the car and thought we had won 4k. For a few seconds I had a dream too - and then she realised she'd got it wrong. Not deliberate but nevertheless...

I wouldn't hold it against it for too long though. Just find a way to get back at him in a similar vein

You know what, if I was in debt, I wouldn't spend money gambling.

I know we are awful to spend £1 a week on the lottery, but we have to have a dream.....
