This is a bit embarrassing to admit, as I feel like I should've worked it all out by now, but here's the million dollar question: how do I avoid faffing around at night and procrastinating when I should be getting ready for bed??
I decided to keep a time-management for two weeks, as I'm a champion procrastinator. Woke up exhausted this morning as I'd gone to bed at 2 after faffing over finishing off the time managment diary and procrastinating 
As I woke up late, I couldn't do everything I needed to before leaving the house, and then at work later on, it'll be tricky to power on through the day feeling knackered.
Any tips on how to avoid procrastination and get a good night routine in place please?
