It isn't the worst website I've ever used but it does feel quite clunky, especially given that it is used by all people applying for schools in London and Surrey (so hundreds of thousands every year).
In the confirmation email, it includes lines to say that I need to provide my council tax number and child benefit number, making me think that I hadn't done so - so I then went back in to check they were there (and then had to resubmit the application because that counts as having amended it).
If I were not all that computer literate, I would find using the eAdmissions site quite stressful.
AIBU? Have I just been spoiled by other, more user friendly Boden websites?
