For a grown man to sit in a children's play park 'reading a book'? (With no kids)

Is there a "rest of the park" with unoccupied benches nearby?

Or is that the only outdoor sitting-down space available?

I like to go sit outside at lunchtime on nice days but the "play park" bit would be lower down on my choices because "the sound of children playing" is not actually a nice noise.
