Fuck, crack in shower tray and damp patch on ceiling

Crack about the length of my thumb, not sure how long it's been there as the shower cubicle is in an alcove space so is dark (not pitch black but gloomy) so just noticed it last week, picked up some sealant to do A patch job this week (honestly a case of burying heads in the sand for various reasons) just came downstairs and I'm sure I can see a damp patch on the ceiling.

I'm terrified the ceilings about to fall in...obviously we can use the shower until it's sorted but how much is fitting a new tray and replacing the tiles on the wall around it going to cost? Does the ceiling need to be replaced?! Fuck

As long as the ceiling isn't bulging it will be fine, just let it dry then re paint

Definitely not bulging It's a patch about the size of a large dinner plate (perhaps a little bigger) and I can see the outline in certain lights, I just tried to take a picture and it doesn't show up on the camera

I think I'm being a bit of a twat about it in my defence a very tired very stressed twat
