CF Plumber

I had a plumber in to change my electric shower to a mixer tap with shower. He did a great job, really tidy, polite etc.
However he left the old shower outside for me to bin and the box and paperwork for the new shower in the en suite, finally this morning I've gone to move the box and file the receipts etc and the CF has taken my perfectly good and working old set of bath taps away, the box is empty.
I'm annoyed as he told me I need a new kitchen tap as there is a slight drip he noticed when he put the water off. Would I be U to ask him for the taps back to sell or ask him if he has a set he could fit for me and just pay the labour?

Just a thought - are you sure he took them? Just wondering how accessible they were if they were left outside. Every time I put stuff out for the council to pick up (for a fee!) they'd have disappeared by the time they arrived!

Otherwise yes very cheeky. Well within your rights to ask for them back.

Ask him for your property back. I would be very direct and I wouldn't hire him again.
