Guy buying a load of furniture from me.
He says he'd come tomorrow, dismantle and take away.
Text and messagedhim to ask what time and he's not responded.
He's not going to do it is he?
I've got the builder coming on Sunday to knock down walls and pull up floor.
This is gonna put a spanner in the works massively.
Why do people do this ?

arbonsai try not to panic there may be any reason you haven't heard from him. He might still contact you. Maybe in the morning.

Give him until a set time then get into contact with the other people you turned away, one at a time. I had a nightmare getting rid of my bed. I had at least 20 people interested, about 10 of those messed me around before I finally got a serious buyer!

Text him tonight saying if you haven’t heard any confirmation of a collection time from him by 8am tomorrow the items will be offered to other people who were interested.

Then do an advert for free kittens and put his number on fucker

I have rearranged my holiday, my nieces birthday and my builder for him

ambonsai he probably is being genuine. With all due respect I would not have rearranged anything like that (too many bad experiences). I have someone supposedly collecting something today. I've not rearranged plans just told him when we'll be here.
