I have obviously name changed and will be vague.
I work somewhere that is badly managed. It is publically owned so won't go bust but is quite a bad place to be. We urgently need new staff and I would be involved in the recruitment process but I want to leave. I am in a niche role so could take a year or more to go. But how can I in all faith help recruit others? If I don't service users wil suffer.
