Currently in middle of grievance investigation against manager. He's working off site but I'm not slerping and feeling very stressed. Wondering if id be justified to take tomorrow off for a chance to deal with stress I'm feeling instead of coming in and getting more panicked.

Off sick, or annual leave?
Try not to go sick, I'd suggest, as if you come back in, then go off again it will count as x2 episodes. Also, harder to come back in when you have been off.
Hang on in there, but would suggest job hunting, as complaining about those higher up the food chain, even when justified, can cause a ton of problems.
It's bad, as you can't win - don't complain and you are complicit, complain and you are a troublemaker. Confused

Do you have union or staff association support during the grievance process? If you do I'd speak to them in confidence on the best way to handle this.
