Went to medical centre for regular meds check. The same extremely fat nurse does it most times. This time, she weighed me...the first time in a while. I have been very proud of my 2 stone weight loss, done over the last 9 months. My online health notes have just shown her comment - "condition-obesity. Did health education exercise and diet." Eh? She never said a word about diet or exercise. And yes, I've got another stone to go, but I'm obviously a lot slimmer than I was months ago. AIBU to be fighting mad?

Why is it relevant that she’s fat herself?

YANBU about the education you didn’t receive being noted down.

YABVU bringing her weight into it plis you could be 24 stone and lose 10 stone but still be obese so that’s just factual in your notes.

Are you upset that she did congratulate you on your weight loss?

Are you agreived that she put notes down saying she'd done something she hadn't, or that she was fat? Because I see the first point as reasonable but you pointing out her weight as totally irrelevant. It seems like you object to a fat person telling you you are fat

Sorry to have to break it to you but if your BMI is over 30 you are classed as obese. Whether you have already lost 2 stone or not is irrelevant.

If you are still obese then no matter how you have already lost, she had to note what you currently are.
