To request it as a KIT day?

So my boss just text me asking for an email address as he wants to speak to me about some files. I went on maternity leave 6 months ago and all my work was reallocated so I was a bit confused about that. Have messaged some colleagues and they said that we are doing peer reviews and having to go through everything with a fine tooth comb so expecting it to be a total nuisance.

The company have basically ignored me since I went off and this is the first contact from them to me - AIBU to say that if it's anything other than a quick answer I'll consider it a KIT day and expect to be paid for it?

YANBU but don't surprised that if you say that they then ask you to go in for the day
