Who let their dogs mess all over pavements/ school crossings and DONT PICK IT UP!?
Children step in it on the way to school.. Then walk all over their class carpets.. Which the whole class then sits down on.
Arghh it makes me SO mad.

I hate this! One of the most stressful parts of the school run is poo dodging on our walk to school
I'm a dog owner and picking up poo is part of owning a dog, I wish I had cameras installed on the school run as it makes me so angry that owners let them poo all over the place

I've got a dog and I wouldn't dream of doing this.

Inexcusable. Gross and utterly disrespectful.

I'm not a great fan of all these fines and jobsworth council schemes but with regard to not picking up your dog's shit then LA's fine fine fine away!
