Can DD eat this macaroni cheese?

Sorry - got to dash out but feed DD (13) first. I have M&S mac cheese in freezer. Use by date 9/07/17 (when chilled) says eat within one month of freezing.

Can I give it to her?

I'm fairly cautious paranoid about food use by but if you froze it on or before the use by date it will be fine.
