Neff shopping vouchers

Have bought a Neff oven that's supposed to have a £100 shopping voucher with it.

AIBU to be worried they haven't popped one in my oven?

Or is there some other way I'm supposed to obtain my voucher?

You do need to send proof of purchase (well, you did when I took advantage of the offer) but we got sent ours with no problems.
