To think I might going to make no difference to my body in 4 weeks?

I have a gym membership and go on holiday in 4 weeks. My original aim was to lose a stone and tone up so I look good in a bikini. I've lost the stone but can never be arsed to go to my classes at gym. I'm doing two a week instead of the 5 a week I originally planned.

I'm starting to think I may as well give up on it now as I'm going to make no difference to my tone in 4 weeks if I start now.

Run. Makes a difference quickly and all over, best to run outside for hardening muscle, wind resistance, less boring etc but a treadmill is better than nowt if it needs to be in the gym.

YANBU.

Yes, you could make a difference to the appearance of your muscle tone if you did a month of intensive exercise.

But you don't seem to want to. Which is fine. Genuinely.

You don't need to have the same priorities as a fitness enthusiast to enjoy your holiday.

What about after you come back on holiday? Why not try to keep toning up & this is just the start?
