I am a bit depressed so it clouds my view but does anyone else think, you spend a lifetime being encouraged to work hard at school so you can get qualifications that mean you have a good career and then it all just ends abruptly?

Feel so down.

Sounds like you're qualified in something, try another route or a sideline. You must never give up, it's a slippery slope to nothingness. Get yourself up, remind yourself what you're good at and try again. No shame in being knocked down, only in not trying to get back up.

Look at it as a temporary blip - nothing more and nothing less. You might just need to look at this from a different angle?

If your mood is low then maybe a trip to the GP might be helpful?
