To be furious with my husband?

I'll keep it short. We have 3 kids, all young, I gave up my job to look after them. DH sole earner. I run all household finances - have learned over the years that he is financially irresponsible (would forget to MOT car / insure it...wouldn't insure house unless I took over..he's just not interested in money). He had to submit a tax return for a small thing to do with work (he is employed by a company) - I couldn't do this job for him, so i reminded and remimded and reminded. He finally submitted what he thought was the correct info, albeit late, so we've were fined £100. Turns out the details he submitted are not complete so he's been fined £1200. I'm so so upset. I run everything else in the household. He's great with DC - playing and caring for them - but Dora nothing around the house. Doesn't want to discuss pensions etc. I'm so angry. What should I do?!

That's infuriating. Sorry OP. Flowers I'm sure someone will be along soon with advice on how to deal with the immediate financial impact.
It's exhausting always having to be the one with your shit together.
I would be furious.
You say he works and I bet anything he wouldn't do this were it for work.

Do you have joint finances or can he pay for it out of his own wages?
