Groupon Online Courses

Not quite sure where to post this but AIBU is the forum I seem to stick too.

I completed a university degree in May and will graduate this month. I am currently a SAHM and have 2 dc one who is 2 the other is at school.

I volunteer once a week, and during that time I pay for my youngest to go to nursery.

I am looking for part time work and have applied for the civil service fast track but it can take up to one year to even find out if I would be offered a job!

I am so bored doing nothing, I have been in education since leaving school and I feel like I am wasting my time doing nothing but I could not afford to go on to further study (Masters).

I was just wondering if I done an online course, like the deals on groupon - maybe forensics or psychology would I be able to use this on my CV, or on paper are they actually not worth anything?

Has anyone done one of these before in there spare time?

My anxiety is through the roof and I have been given medication, I have explained to my Dr i feel like I have nothing to focus on (obviously apart from my children and housework/care ect ect).

I cannot afford to do more voluntary work as like I mentioned I have to pay the nursery fees which I can just about manage once a week as it is. So I am looking to do something from home.

Does this sound like a good idea or could anyone recommend anything else?

Who accredits the courses?

These online courses - "psychology" - what is the actual qualification, who accredits the course?
