High fibre snacks & meals for small appetite

Sorry I'm having a bit of a rough time at the moment, hope someone can help. Can someone suggest / link some ideas or recipes for small snacks & meals I can make as a batch in advance, that will either keep for a few days, or that will freeze or otherwise keep until I can eat them. Must be small, cheap & high fibre. I can't have (much) soy, wheat, artificial sweetener. I'm right off sugar at the moment although fruit tastes ok so far.

Due to a chronic health condition that has flared up I'm feeling pretty crap & in a lot of pain. My medication causes appetite loss (I also have a history of ED, although undiagnosed) & it's going to be months before I see my specialist. I can't just come off my meds. I'm really trying to eat healthily & it's really hard.

I've just made a batch of this:

I use wheat free pasta or you could swap the pasta for rice ;-)

Can you eat nuts and dates?

What about oats? flapjacks might be good

Are you able to eat meat and fish, spices or pulses?

I was thinking things like hummus with rye bread . or maybe a mild chicken curry with chickpeas or lentils and rice

Brown rice with lentils and herbs/spices
Brown rice with fish/ chicken if you eat meat
Jacket potatoes always good with veggie chilli
Gluten free wraps with sweet potato and coriander filling
Quinoa
Porridge oats- soak overnight and have with grated apple, banana, coconut, nuts honey etc

Thanks those recipes look good. I sometimes make something like curry or lentil bolognese but often I end up eating it without rice or pasta on days 2-5. Wheat free pasta is a bit pricey so I usually stick to rice TBH. This week I made this soup in the Instant Pot & mostly just had that. I do eat fish & meat., & spices.
