Am I being a cunt regarding loud music?

It's almost 4am here (not the UK.)
It's Saturday night/early hours Sunday.

A nearby home is playing music. Loud enough to (just) disturb me, with my windows shut - and I have pretty good sound proofing.

I really hate confrontation so before I go around and make a fool out of myself, am I being a cunt? Should I just suck it up because it's the weekend?
I work in 5 hours which will include travelling too I haven't had any sleep....
these people moved in just over a week ago and this is the 2nd time they've kept me up so far, the first time they'd stopped by midnight though

4am is too late even for the weekend I would want them to quiet down enough to let the neighbours rest by 2am at the weekend and 11pm on a weekday

My sympathies.

I think you are going to have to name the country if you want practical advice.

So after a 10 minute argument they've turned the music off... debating whether to stay up or sleep now because I may well oversleep. Ugh
