FIrst period after giving birth - is it ok to use tampons? I think I read somewhere not to use them for first period but considering I had a c section was wondering if it’s actually ok?

It's fine for your period, just not lochia bleeding.

Yes for first period, no for lochia.
Assuming this is not post birth bleeding but an actual period it will be fine.
