Posting here for traffic!
So it's been three weeks of eating less and moving more and I've managed to lose half a stone! I'm so happy and feeling very positive 😁
Have gone from 12'12 to 12'5 and my average resting heart rate has gone from 82bpm down to 70bpm! Definitely getting fitter!
Still have a long way to go and about 2.5 more stone to lose!
