Making a big decision

Aggggggg. So I know it's good to have choices, but I am knackered after hitting ground running back from work with DC2, moving house etc. My current job is being split. This is good because I have too much work, but I need too choose between one of two specialisms probably two years ahead of wanting to choose. On top of this I have been offered a job in a different (broader) specialism, but it would mean relocating to the USA. After 18 months of change I am desperate for some stability, so the prospect of upping sticks to a new country freaks me out. On top of this I really want to try for DC3, so 4 months of US maternity leave (plus trying to do new role whilst pregnant) doesn't feel great - but then it would give us the opportunity for DH to be a stay at home dad. I literally change my mind by the hour? Any thoughts? Tips on making a big life decision when you are run down ?

I'm exhausted just reading about your life. Frankly it's sounds so manic I'd be recommending you safeguard your health first.

I personally would pick the US as most employers do go above the 4 months mat leave (albeit unpaid) in professional roles. You will probably get paid more than the UK. And living costs (outside of the major cities) will be cheaper.
