No. Just no. Adults using 'ickle' or moo cow, or doggie should be rounded up...

Babyblues14 · 22/09/2017 17:48

I thought this was going to be about baby talking to your kids. Baby talking anywhere else is creepy Confused

GeillisTheWitch · 22/09/2017 17:49

There's actually a pram range named "Ickle bubbas" Hmm.

I don't know how people can be seen pushing that in public, I'd be mortified.

yawning801 · 22/09/2017 17:52

Pffff. If it's your baby and it's directly in front of you then occasionally it's OK. I do it to my cat occasionally. But on a Facebook post? Pffff.

Me too, had a whole rant about language development ready to go! This isn't unreasonable, there is no reason for adults to speak to other adults like this. It's the same type of person who insists on calling new parents 'mummy' and 'daddy' instead of their actual names, yuck.

MaisyPops · 22/09/2017 18:00

Just about manageable with small children (and people who love their pets too much Grin).

Adults saying it to adults. No.

It's like 'getty ups' e.g. 78 getty ups until our holiday. Angry

SunSeaAndSangria · 22/09/2017 18:03

Creeps me out.

MissBax · 22/09/2017 18:36

One of my biggest pet peeves is people who say "bokkle/likkle/hospikal" ughhhhh my skin is crawling just thinking about it!!

AlexaAmbidextra · 22/09/2017 19:42

I always cringe when I see luffs on here.

BenLui · 22/09/2017 19:48

I think you need to get a grip tbh.

People say much much worse things on Fb.
