Not aibu more wwyd - sort of.

Well I'm just curious what everyone does in an evening once your kids are in bed.
My DS goes to bed at 7:30 and then me & DH just flop in front of the TV every night.

I know this isn't the healthiest idea so want to make some changes and after some ideas!

Flop. Watch modern family on netflix. Sometimes a bit of yoga. Meal plan. Occasionally work on a project like a photo calendar for christmas. Every other week I go to Guides.

I'm normally in bed before mine. (18 and 16)

When they were small I used to savour the hour from 9-10 when they were both asleep, everything was sorted for the next day and I could chill for an hour with a glass of wine and my book.

Netflix, colouring, phone my sister, a little housework

Flop. Bit of minecraft (me, Blush) bit of netflix, bit of zombie gaming (DH) film, snacks, tea, coffee, up to bed for a sleep or a bit earlier for a bit of sex. We're always asleep by 10.30 whatever's going on.

DD4 is only 3 and the other DCs are adults and they and their friends/otherhalves wander in and out for chats or join us for a film during the evening so lots going on really.

Talk and listen to music. We have been talking about and finding old 70s comedies to watch. We both research and check out auction catalogues because we share an interest in antiques. In summer we drag the children round the woods at the back of the house. In winter we go to bed early and read, which is my favourite time of the day.
