AIBU to scream at the telephone?

So, I've moved house and now need to update my address with hospital services which means updating GP. I rang one which had good reviews and I am out of the catchment area. Rang the closest one to me (ridiculously bad reviews and now I know why). I rang at 10.45am but you get through to a machine and you can only call in relation to appointments before 11am. So I have just rang at 12.30 and now they're on lunch! All the time this automated voice telling me I can't call now etc. This appears to be the only practice in my area. Good God above give me strength! There HAS to be more than one practice in my area? Please tell me there is?

I'm out of the catchment area of previous surgery which is why I need to change surgery. But Holy mother of God. WHEN exactly can you call the fuckers?

Where are you? In my village there were 2 surgeries, one closed down and planning permission for 1000 new houses is being debated, so no pressure on a hardworking GP practice.....

You could try popping in, or writing to them?

Stall the ball. Got through to another practice (it only has a two star rating so must have bypassed my radar) and they answered the phone! They said I'm in catchment area. Anyway they answered the phone. Always a good start!
