A few wines down and I'm going to rant about this.
I hate this current trend of every single transaction or communication asking for feedback. I swear this did not happen a few years ago.
I get that customer feedback is useful. However, I feel like I can't even buy a pint of milk without the cashier giving it "oh fill in our online customer care survey" um no.
I attended a one-off antenatal class before my elective c section a couple of months ago. It lasted 20 minutes if that, and out came the inevitable feedback form.
I don't know why this annoys me so much but it does. Mainly because I can never think of anything constructive to write, maybe. Or maybe I just don't have time. Or strong feelings on any of it.
So yeah. I'd put "asking for feedback" into room 101. What would you put into room 101?
