I'm at the end of my tether with this shower of useless gits.

They've made an absolute ballsup of my relatives account when she died and it had to be changed over to her husband.

They've now sent her a letter threatening to charge her, a dead person, £150 for not returning a box their engineer took with him on the day he changed it to the new box.

That's after the saga of "Y just has to call us herself to change the account" numerous times until I had to border on rude and say "Y is dead, she can't bloody call anyone..."

If you think Virgin Media and their trains are bad, wait until they're running the NHS. They're biting chunk off it now to slowly fuck up.

Christ. The same thing happened when my mum died. They were the absolute worst and it's so miserable to deal with on top of your grief. Eventually after months of toing and froing, threatening letters from them etc it did get sorted and I was told that extra training would be given to staff. This was four years ago so it looks like it did a fat lot of good! Good luck, OP!
