To put DD to bed?

Health visitor was due half an hour ago and no sign of her. It is nap time and DD is crying to go to bed. AIBU to put her to bed even though HV is coming to see her?

YANBU! It's their fault for being late.

That's what I thought. Its not like it is a rare occurrence. She is always late!

It is often really hard to stick to appointment times; often the previous visit may have been complex and take longer than expected and we cover such large geographical areas traffic can be hard to predict. She should have called to explain though.

I just rang as still no show and she has mixed up her diary so wasn't going to come at all!!

To be fair she is only coming today because I forgot and missed her a few weeks ago so will be nice!
