Buggerbilly CFN bin blockers!!

Posting for a friend! Cutted up pears, cancel the cheque, Maui, CFN!!

She lives in a town where the wheelie bins have to be lined up in a specified location the night before collection whereas most people it's just outside their house.

So this evening someone has put their bins blocking her car in her kerb-dropped drive. It's got no house number so she could go and "count bins" but who's going to do that at 11pm?? How can we make homemade glue that will stick paper poster on these bins that won't come off??

It will obviously have this picture on it!

Tell her just take the bins in and stick them back out tomorrow after collection, it will piss whoever owns them off most to have full bins till next collection day

The people saying why doesn't she just move them etc... why should she have to do that? How annoying for her!

Move them?

Move them to a place they won't be emptied then claim ignorance.

Move them (ideally to an alley way 6 miles away).

move them to get the car out, but to somewhere where the rubbish will not be collected. (though I would feel a bit bad if it was a thrid party who had moved the bins. )

I'm just impressed by the super-regimented bin queue!

Surely the clue is in the name wheelie bins! Move them so they no longer block her car! I doubt it's a conspiracy just someone carrying on what the think they should do without thinking!

If she needs to go out then just move them.

Here the wheelie bins block most drives. Most don't put their bin out until after 10pm so not as many folks are coming and going. If someone needs to go out they just move the bin.

So she'd rather not move her car to get out because of a couple of wheelie bins?

I'm not understanding why she can't move the bins?

Or am I missing something?
