So my friend has recently qualified as a Midwife and I want to buy her a present, her birthday is also coming up so I want to splurge a little and get something quite fancy, any ideas MNs?

How about a nice fob watch that they could use every day at work? When I was at uni I worked in a jewellery shop that stocked a few styles that could be engraved with a message.
