To be anxious about seeing a new GP?

I've moved so have had to change GP practice. I've registered with the local surgery and they've asked me to come in and see a doctor as on quite a bit of medication/on waiting lists. The receptionist seemed friendly but I was in floods of tears whilst filling out the forms , I knew my old surgery very well and trusted my GP 100% . I don't know how I can build up that trust with someone new and a bit worried about it everything. There's a lot of stuff I told my old GP only because I trusted her and I know some total stranger will now have access to those notes . It sounds so silly to be worried but I am . I don't know how to explain everything.

Try writing it all down and hand it over while you're sat there - explain that you struggle to put it into words face to face so you've written it instead.
