I got a letter yesterday saying that my bill is to go up £3.99 a month. There was a bit of a fanfare to convince me there was a reason although there obviously wasn't and I get no extra services.
I assume it's legal and I've had a few such letters over the years but is it normal?
I'm on hold now to threaten to leave as you do to try and get it knocked off but it pissed me off.
