To fucking hate the scruffy bastards next door!!

Moving house because of awful neighbours.

Just clearing my shed and garden taking all the crap to the tip and discovered the scruffy bastards have been bagging up their dog shit and throwing it behind my shed. There is bin bags full of it and I am not touching it. It's bad enough stepping in dog shit every time I hang my washing out! Never mind having to pick bags of it up.

They usually leave the dog shit in their garden until it becomes impossible to walk through it and then she bags it up in bin bags and has clearly thrown it behind my shed.

No point talking to them about it as I don't fancy being verbally or even physically attacked by the woman (she is completely bat shit).

I am going to phone the letting agents on Monday and explain to them the situation because I don't want the landlord thinking I have left bags of shit that I have put there.

Is there any point in reporting it to someone when I am moving next week?

Actually, in your shoes I wouldn't even do that. You only just discovered this. I'd forget you discovered it and just leave. If the agency finds it, act surprised.

DJBaggySmalls · 10/09/2017 12:50

Report them to the Environmental health! Thats disgusting.
They can DNA test their dog and fine the pants off them Grin

AgnesBrownsCat · 10/09/2017 12:51

Just before you leave as in when the car door is open and the engine is running . Get a pair of rubber gloves on and then start lobbing them over the fence , there is no way on earth I'll leave without some form of retaliation. Get a pair of scissors and cut slits in the bags first though . If the though of touching them is too much can you get a shovel and use that .

NurseButtercup · 10/09/2017 12:55

Oh jesus wept that's awful.

I wouldn't want to clean it either. I'd be tempted to throw all the bags back into their garden.

Yuck.

If you leave it, is there a possibility that you'd be landed with the "cleaning bill" after you've moved?

AlternativeTentacle · 10/09/2017 12:56

If the agency finds it, act surprised

Yes, if you haven't actually got a dog.

streetface · 10/09/2017 12:57

I would absolutely throw that shit straight back over. And probably add a bit of my own for good measure. Wink

SaucyJack · 10/09/2017 12:58

Use a spade, and chuck it all back over the day before you leave.

NurseButtercup · 10/09/2017 12:58

@agnesbrownscat

there's a flaw in your plan...

cutting slits into the bag's before throwing hastily has a 75% chance of op being covered in shit mid-throw.

But I like your thinking Grin

Longdistance · 10/09/2017 13:00

Don't leave it.

Just before you leave smear the bastards front door with it.

And then leave the big bag of shit in their doorstep, with a note attach 'dirty cunts'

silkpyjamasallday · 10/09/2017 13:01

I would chuck it back over just before you leave, but also let your letting agent know before they do final checks as you don't want to be charged astronomical fees for the removal of dog shit that doesn't have anything to do with you. You don't deserve to lose your deposit because of a crazy scummy neighbour!

ShotsFired · 10/09/2017 13:02

If you can get to it, drag it all out and wheelbarrow it to a nearby, covert location. As pp says, with engine running and about to go, unload the lot on their front doorstep and leg it.

Even better if you can plan to quietly leave at nighttime/dawn before anyone is up, as you can do the slit in the bag thing then too.

Teebird669 · 10/09/2017 13:02

Deffinately chuck it back

SerfTerf · 10/09/2017 13:03

🤢

IckleWicklePumperNickle · 10/09/2017 13:03

Jesus!!!! I'm lost for words.

gunsandbanjos · 10/09/2017 13:03

That's dreadful! What a bunch of manky bastards.

I'd be concerned the letting agency would withhold your deposit despite it not actually being your fault.

Mummyoflittledragon · 10/09/2017 13:08

You need to contact the letting agent. Otherwise you could end up being billed for it. Assuming the property is full management, it will be for them to contact the environmental health. Failing that, the landlord. Not your job in any case.

ItsAllAboutThePace · 10/09/2017 13:11

Come on op..... it's GOT to go back over to them

Nanny0gg · 10/09/2017 13:12

And would you wish all that on the poor sods who are moving in after you?

Report

wowfudge · 10/09/2017 13:16

That is one of the rankest things I have ever read. Report them to environmental health. What a disgusting thing for them to do.

OrphanAccount · 10/09/2017 13:16

You need to inform the letting agent. 1) So you are not blamed for it and presented with a bill and 2) so the new tenant doesn't move in to find piles of dog shit in their new garden.

witchofzog · 10/09/2017 13:16

Dirty selfish fuckers. Do they rent or own their property? If they rent and you know who from report to their landlord.

Do not ignore it. If you do this you may well receive a bill for it whether you act surprised or not.

KoolKoala07 · 10/09/2017 13:18

Yuk! Definitely chuck it back over!

Remy66 · 10/09/2017 13:20

Do this at 5-6am and move as early as possible (just leave the movers there rather than be there yourself) Shovel it all into a bin bag (one of the big ones, if possible).
Keep one out.
Get some gloves.
Smear all over front door, with any remaining straight through their letter box.
Attach a note affirming their status as filthy little cuntlodgers

Sugarpiehoneyeye · 10/09/2017 13:22

Filthy scumbags. Report them, they can tidy their own muck up.😡

BonnibelBubblegum · 10/09/2017 13:25

I do throw their dog's shit back into their garden usually but I can't stomach picking up bags of the stuff in old rotting bin bags. Knowing my luck I would end up covered in shit!

They rent but no one knows the landlord. I will be definitely telling the letting agent at least to warn them and they might be able to locate their landlord or report them.

I cannot wait to leave this place and never see the scruffy, horrible bastards again!
