Another birthday party one!

Before I commit a birthday faux pas...

DS7 is going to a joint birthday party for 2 of his school friends. He went for a sleepover with one of them on the actual birthday and I took a (generous) present then.

AIBU to only get a present for the other child on the day of the joint party?

That's fine, we had a similar issue last year -
birthday tea on the day and then party at a later date. DS took a present to the birthday tea.

That's fine, you gave the other child his present on his birthday, the other one did not get, so you will give his, at the party.

Phew, thanks. Reading the thread the other day about two tier parties, I got concerned that this might get perceived the wrong way, as most of the kids/parents won't know he went for a sleepover in the summer.
