Ordered a bunkbed from them for the kids! Plus mattresses! Promised next day delivery. Been 7 days now. Generic response from someone called danni who writes the same message to everyone. No one answers the phone. Upon googling they do this a lot! Wish i had checoed before but they had the trust pilot logo abd it was green so i thought it would be fine.

I am posting everywhere on the web! DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

i will be calling trade standards today. But just wanted to stop others buying from them thinking they are getting a good deal!

Kids are very upset. It was the bunk bed they have wanted for ages. Now able to buy it after saving and they took my momey! Kids keep asking when it is coming.

Just been looking at the reviews. They're not great. Saw all the message from the infamous "Danni"
Are they deliberately trying to put themselves out of business

I believe so. "Danni" just emailed me after many messages and threats to contact the trade standards agency. Apparebtly there is a problem with the supplier so they cant tell me when it will be delivered!

Did you pay by card? Raise a dispute via your bank they'll reclaim your money now and then you can buy it from elsewhere.

No we took a finance option. But paid the deposit by card. I think i will contact the finance company to cancel

I think it may be a good job you didn't receive it as judging by the reviews a lot of their beds break within weeks 😱...

I got stung a few years ago too. Delivered a completely different bed and expected me to pay for return!!! I still have said bed Angry PayPal washed their hands of it because as far as they are concerned it's up to me to fork out return costs.

You need to contact your bank re payment of deposit (I presume you paid by card for this bit? Please don't say you did a bank transfer!!) And then the finance company to cancel that. What finance company is it?

Grr just emailed finance company and emailed world stores to cancel. Will buy from elsewhere once it has all been cancelled. Poor kids waited ages for me to be able to but it. And now they cant have it. A shit end to the shit summer. Sorry been a bad few weeks

Yes deposit was by card. They are called honey comb finance. Deko.

Ok you need to phone your bank and the finance company to get your money back and in the case of your bank card ask them to block any further attempts by the company to request further funds as the company may attempt this if they disagree with the cancellation. You need to do all this quick because once the bed is dispatched you'll have the problem that the PP had with returns etc so you'll struggle to get your money back.

Awful company. I wouldn't buy from them again if they were giving it away!

I needed to return a door once, and the amount of time and effort it took me to get a refund out of them was ridiculous. Also the most diabolical customer service staff ever!

Thanks everyone. Hopefully all sorted. Finance company said they will cancel and chase world stores. Wprldstores sent cancellation confirmation. So hopefully sorted

Haha no chance of despatch they said ot was a 10 to 14 week wait! Apparebtly a problem woth their supplier! I laughed when i read it

I wouldn't expect their suppliers to be very supportive of them given the amount of debt they were in when they went bust last year. Surprised they have any suppliers left!

I had a terrible time with them too earlier this year. Their customer service team is non existent - the phone rings without being answered. I'd never buy from them again.

I don't know if they do finance but we had an 'unusual' bunk bed from sleepland beds and the service was outstanding. Worth a look.
