Help me get myself into gear please?

This is v embarrassing but just looking for a bit of reassurance! :)

Currently job-hunting and having the period from hell at the moment :( Startes it yesterday, and just feel so uncomfortable all the time.

There's also other stuff I need to get done, when all I want to do is lie in bed, procrastinate, eat chocolate and feel sorry for myself.

Any tips on how I can make myself feel better and actually get some work done today?

Tell yourself you just have to do a task for 15 mins. Once you're up and doing it you may find you are happier to do it for longer!

Plan a reward for after you've done something - a cuppa and a biscuit, then after 3 things, a G&T or whatever you like for an evening.
Healthier options are to go for a lovely walk!!

Get up, put your make up on/brush your hair/change your trousers/whatever it is that makes you feel 'ready' then leave the house.
Write a list of what you need to do today and then get on with it when you get back in.
