Help mumsnetters. My d.s is bout to start nursery next week with 30 free hours allowence. I applied when it first came out and was successful. I let the relevant nursery know the code number etc and attended new partner evenings etc. They had just rang to say they need out details again. I had it stored on my recently lost phone. HELP. I DON'T KNOW WHO TO CALL TO GET THE CODE DETAILS AGAIN!!can anyone help?

But anyway, they should have sent you a confirmation letter which has it on. Or an email.
If you can't find anything just call the education department of your local council.

Can you log in through the government gateway? The messages should be saved on there.

Contact the HMRC.
