To ask about childcare vouchers.

Sorry I need an answer quickly.
Amazingly I'm the only person at my work who uses childcare. They use kiddivouchers, but have no experience in them so can't tell me how to use them? Has anyone used them? How do I get them or use them? If I don't use them for September (have to pay my invoice by the end of the week) can I use them for following months?

Yeah I've used kiddivouchers. You need to tell your HR/employer that you want to buy them and how much. You then have an account set up for you and it comes straight out of your salary into your kiddivouchers account.
You then tell your childcare provider that you'd like to pay using kiddivouchers - if they don't have an account set up it's really easy and quick to sort one out but most nurseries and many childminders will already have them.
On the kiddivouchers website you login, find your provider (they'll have a number) and then transfer them the agreed amount.
You can save them up for as long as you want - they don't need to be used immediately.

Also check out the new tax-free childcare scheme run by the government.

If your childcare bill per month is over £770 it could work out better for you.

Is that the same if you're paying higher rate tax?

Which scheme is best can vary on the number of children you have.
