Has anyone been caught?
I never use mine to call text or browse obviously. But I do use the sat nav and sometime a while driving and it's in the holder you have to tap to cancel a call or divert of a quicker route is found.
Apparently this is illegal to touch it at all unless the engine is off and doesn't matter if you are stationary out of gear in the lights. 6 points and a fine plus insurance rises so don't want to risk it!
