Can I ask your experiences going NC with your parents? Either both or just one?
I'm 21, my parents live together in the same house with my younger brothers, 18 & 15. My dad has always been emotionally abusive and Im at the point I don't want him in my life. I have thought about this a few times but I feel guilty then I'll be at their house and he'll start again with the abuse.
I know it seems silly but how do I go NC when the rest of my family live in the same house as him? What are your experiences?
