Recently started my new job so trying to make a good impression as you do. Went into Ladies yesterday. There was only one spare stall. I noticed that there was a used sanitary towel hanging out of sanitary bin where someone hadn't pushed it through enough ( yuk I know ) I finished up and came out only to find a colleague outside who went into same one straight after as there was a queue. Now this person I've heard gossiping about everything and nothing is sacred, and I think everyone's a bit intimidated by her but seem to go along whatever she says ( older, related to the owner, power position). I've been out on site today but now I'm scaring the crap out of myself in case she confronts me..or sends a shaming email round for when I get back. E.g. she tried to identify someone who hadn't turned a tap off to " name and shame" by discussing with other team members who had been in the ladies and when. I feel mortified but it wasn't me! Should I have tried to move it? or said something? Or am I just being an idiot? I feel pretty intimidated anyway as I'm still on probation.
