Think I should get a full refund?

Had a weave put in that went horrible within a week (cousin It on steroids). To cut a long story short the hairdresser will only refund me for the weave itself. I paid £300 and she only refund me £200.

She said the application was fine and it wasn't her fault. In my opinion she owes me a duty of care surely.

I think it depends... Did you select the type of weave that she uswdd from a list or does she just offer the one product?

Also, duty of care - she didn't hurt or harm you in any way from your op so that is totally irrelevant
