He has been off work for a couple of months due to a major operation. He is back to work next week.
Today he has decided to make some plum wine - bought all the gear and is raring to go.
He has been hugging and puffing at me as I have had to blanch and bag up a few pounds of green beans we picked yesterday from the allotment.
The fruit for his wine has not been picked, washed or stoned yet. But he really wants to sterilise everything NOW!!!
I have explained it's best to get the fruit prepped (or at least bloody washed) before he starts with the potions... stuff quickly becomes unsterile.

He is now frantically picking plums in the bloody rain in his slippers... he really wants to do this NOW
It's like having small children again
