Colleague was free and "refused" to speak with her customer. I say refused, rather I said Mrs X is on the phone and she told me oh say this to her.
Then she asked me to explain a situation to her. A situation I knew nothing about and would have involved me speaking with a different department. It would have taken up a lot of my time and I have my own workload.
