To not know how to use Twitter?

No clue how to use twitter. But need to use it today to try to get a quick response from a company whose website isn't working right.

Anyone feeling nice enough with a few free mins to give a quick idiots guide please?

Create an account. Search for the company's name (if it's large company like Tesco or Argos then it should have a blue tick next to the account name; this tells you that it's genuine). Open their page, and click on "Tweet to". Now you can write your message. You have a maximum of 140 characters. If you need to use more then use Facebook, email, or split your message into several posts.
When you get a response, it should show up in your Notifications.
