Contact the complaints/managing sales director of Peter Vardy in Aberdeen?
I have had shocking afters sales customer care and need it resolved, but can't find an email/contact for anyone. I've tried the 'contact us' form but have had no reply. The salesman I was dealing with is now refusing to answer my calls/texts and I am getting quite frustrated.

Does anyone know how I can resolve this/ have contact details for me please?

I have also tried going into the store but keep getting fobbed off with excuses and am getting nowhere. I want to take it above the salesmans head to his manager, if possible.

(Sorry, I know this isn't strictly AIBU, but posting here for traffic!)

Could you try their Facebook page? I had a terrible experience with the another branch the whole time I had a car with them on pcp. Would never use them again.

I looked on their Facebook too for contact details and couldn't find any. Do you mean to write a post on Facebook? It might come to that, but I don't like the idea of that just yet.
Although I am getting very frustrated!
I was promised a spare key on May 1st and am still waiting.
I ended up housebound on Sunday as I couldn't find my key. I'm 7 months pregnant and needed to leave but couldn't, so it's getting really beyond a Joke now. Thanks for your reply. Did you get your complaint sorted in the end?

A quick look on linkedin brings up Nicola Kay as a divisional customer manager and their email protocol is [email protected]

Otherwise leave them a detailed one star review on trust pilot and google and they'll get back to you. I had a nightmare experience with a Toyota dealership in January with the manager not even taking my calls but he managed to get in touch after I posted a public review!
