Messed up at interview and desperate for job

Argh I feel like this is becoming a bit of a running theme with me...!

I had an interview for a role a couple of weeks ago that went really badly.

Then this morning, I had an interview for a role with a different organisation that didn't go particularly well either.

Currently working in an unrelated freelance self-employed role, and would really love a full-time job. This job seemed so interesting.

Just feel so so frustrated and so annoyed at myself. I loved the sound of the role that I had an interview for today, and feel like I really messed up. I know there are really strong candidates applying as well.

Do you get feedback after the interviews. You should ask for it and insist that they are honest. Use what they say to improve next time.
I was involved in interviews last year. We had one candidate who did quite poorly and didn't get the job.
A few months later we interviewed again for a similar position and the same person applied. This time she did a great interview. She had really taken on board the feedback and she got the job this time.
Good luck
