After lot of hassle with faulty website, ordered dd a "drop n roar dinosaur" from above.
Was phoned on day of delivery to be told it was one day late. Nor did it arrive the next day (forgotten to put on van apparently, found out after waiting 35 mins on hold)
It arrived and doesn't work. Neither roars or lights up. No exchnge documentation. Phone crappy helpline, answered after 15 mins on hold. None in stock for refund. No idea when will be available. Told to PHONE CRAPPY HELPLINE again to find out.(How long on hold this time........?)AND presumably when item does arrive have to pay postage again.
How shit is that? Surely an exchange isn't rocket science....or apperently it is!
Have sent furious email, and am currently sitting on one useless toy
