Ah sorry - re the freezing - main point - I wouldn't freeze a tortilla but I think it will keep for a couple of days in the fridge - so if he doesn't mind same thing 2 days running - put it cooked and covered in the fridge and it will be fine.

I learned that test in Home Economics so I'm sure the sink or swim rule still applies.

That's what I'm trying to avoid. Same thing two days running. I get sick of it, so wouldn't expect him to not get sick of it.

Why not just freeze the eggs?
